Menu Points provides a digital menu management platform that enables restaurants and food service businesses to:

  • Create and manage digital menus
  • Generate QR codes for contactless menu access
  • Track menu analytics and customer engagement
  • Customize menu appearance and branding
  • Manage multiple restaurant locations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Free tier features are available at no cost
  • Paid features require a valid subscription
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENU POINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Menu Points harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Izmir, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
